At Veronica's Bags, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds before making a purchase.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Returns requested after the 5-day return window will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive defective, damaged, or faulty.

To request a refund for a defective item, customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving their order and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the defect or issue.

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect item selection by the customer.

  • Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or altered after delivery.

  • Return requests submitted after the 5-day return period.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
